Please reach out to us @ or any of our social media platforms to request an exchange. All you need to provide is your order number and the exchange you want. The process is simple and hassle free. We will send the new product(s) / exchange and get the existing product(s) collected through our Courier Partners (Call Courier). No courier charges or any exchange charges are to be paid by the customer. The exchange is totally FREE.


Please reach out to us @ or any of our social media platforms to request a return. We will arrange pick up of our product(s) at our own cost and settle the customers' refund via online bank transfer to their bank account, easy paisa or jazz account. No courier charges or any return charges are to be paid by the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number). Return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
